Introducing the Periolase® MVP-7™ Digital TruePulse™ laser system
The PerioLase® MVP-7™ is a 6-watt free-running variable pulsed Nd:YAG dental laser featuring digital technology and 7 pulse durations — the most available on the market — to treat gum disease and regenerate the bone and tissues destroyed by periodontitis. With unique features and powerful software algorithms, the PerioLase® MVP-7™ features all the capabilities you need to safely, efficiently and effectively perform the LANAP® and LAPIP™ Protocols, as well as a wide range of other soft tissue and hard tissue laser Value-Added Procedures (VAPS™).
Proven technology by clinicians for clinicians™
Exclusive Multi-Variable Pulse™
The PerioLase® MVP-7™ was the first digitally pulsed dental laser. It features seven user-selectable digital pulse durations (pulse widths)—100, 150, 250, 350, 450, 550, and 650 μsec—for optimum performance in treating a wide range of tissue phenotypes.
The short pulse durations are ideal for ablating soft or fibrous tissues, while longer pulse durations are best for titrating hemostasis to control moderate-to-heavy bleeding. Pulse duration flexibility allows for the optimized performance of LANAP® and LAPIP™ treatment, creating a clean, closed, stable fibrin clot, allowing healing to begin.
Integrated power meter for safety & efficacy
A built-in power meter enables the clinician to confirm the power output. The power meter ensures optimum power delivery to maximize patient safety and efficacy.
A free-running laser with TruePulse™
Unlike continuous-wave or interrupted/gated pulsed diode lasers, the PerioLase® MVP-7™ is a true free-running pulsed Nd:YAG laser. It emits true digital square pulses of high peak power with durations in the millionths of a second, allowing the tissue to thermally relax between pulses. TruePulse™ technology delivers 20% greater efficiency of digital over analog pulse and control of the laser beam for patient safety and efficacy.
Meticulously tested for true flexibility
Every aspect of the PerioLase® MVP-7@ has been field tested by the founder in his dental practice. The lightweight, flexible FiberFlex™ fibers coupled with the ergonomically designed TrueFlex® hand piece combine to present a delivery system unlike any other.
The combination is lightweight and balanced yet infused with the flexibility needed to access anterior pockets, helping reduce clinician fatigue.
Custom made in the USA
The PerioLase® MVP-7™ is a certified “Made in America” product, and is custom manufactured in Cerritos, CA, by Millennium Dental Technologies, Inc., which has been recognized by the city of Cerritos for 20 years of contribution to the community and commitment to local employment.
